I am a people person and passionate wedding planner with an innate ability to put people at ease. Trained in Hospitality Management and Business, I interned with other top wedding planners before building my dream business at Sage Event Co. I thrive on the marriage of creativity and organization. From creating spreadsheets and schedules to executing extraordinary events, I love the process of working with couples every step of the way.

Outside of work, I’ve been unknown to binge watch podcasts, (my current obsessions are Giggly Squad and My Favorite Murder). I host impromptu dance parties with my two little kids in the kitchen, I dote on my diabetic Yorkie, and I love everything about the outdoors, from my garden to the mountains that surround me.

Megan, our lead coordinator and second in command, was born with a passion for organization, planning and design. Her aesthetic and work ethic make every wedding she works on a direct reflection of the couple’s unique goals and personalities. When you’re working with Megan on your wedding, you can expect her to listen carefully, plan impeccably, and step in to fix stressful situations before you ever know they are happening –she’s just that good.

Megan is also a plant lover, a Mimosa drinker, and dog mom who graduated from WSU with a degree in strategic communications.

In her free time, Paityn loves to hang out with her fiance and their golden retriever, go to concerts, travel, read, and binge the latest Netflix show (talk to her about Love is Blind and you’ll be besties).

Hattie's degree in Hospitality Business Management with an emphasis in Events from WSU made her an obvious choice for our team. Managing the moving parts and creating clear plans based on our client’s dreams, she helps create incredible experiences and thrives at Sage Event Co. 

When she’s not taking care of our clients, you can find Hattie checking out the newest winery, running on park paths with her dog, or snuggling up with her fluffy black kitty.

Karenna is hospitality-centered and driven by a desire to enhance the experiences of others. With a love of all things events, she dives into coordinating weddings with a passion. She credits these gifts & interests to her travel agent mom, and the 2009 "Bride Wars” movie, starring Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson. When Karenna realized that Marion St. Claire's career in the movie was real – she knew she found her dream job! 

A Walt Disney cast member devoted to creating magical moments, Karenna received her bachelor's degree in Enology (winemaking), and sharpened her hospitality skills before she joined Sage Event Co. where she has taken her talent for planning to new heights.

When she's on personal time, you can find her with her Kindle in hand, watching her latest, favorite movies, traveling, or planning her next adventure.

I hired Prudence and Sage about a month and a half before my wedding and am so glad that I did.
