The Snohomish Wedding Tour is basically our Met Gala. It’s one of our favorite events of the year! We get to build and work with an amazing vendor team, and connect with some incredible couples. By setting up the venue as it would be on an actual wedding day, we help you get a sense of the overall look and feel of the event. Including how the space will flow and how guests will move throughout the venue. A personal favorite part of the tour is that we, along with the help of the vendor team, have full creative control. That means we get to let our design skills shine!
For the tour, we create a detailed design plan and work with the venue coordinator to create a floor plan for all of the vendors and where they will be placed so that the tour flows easily for guests and so each vendor has exactly what they need at their location. Creating an entire design plan for the vendor team is an essential part of organizing a successful wedding tour. This plan helps ensure that everyone is on the same page when it comes to the overall vision and aesthetic of the tour. We all work together to make it come to life, just as we would on a wedding day!
